If you press F2 (it may be the delete key) on startup it should get you into the BIOS (this a swag here).

You just need to go through the bios screens until you see an entry for sound on, change this to sound off. save and exit.

Unfortunately each individual bios setup tends to be different so I can't be more specific than that. Just browse the bios a few times, without changing anything.
