Question Recycle Bin Rename

1. In my computer Windows XP installed. Unfortunately the Recycle Bin name has changed. Now, I cannot changed the name of Recycle Bin. Pls. tell me how to change. For the past six months i have this problem, but, no one give proper solution for this.

I am expecting ur reply.
