lock unfreeze deep freeze

Hi there! i hope somebody can help me! i want to uninstall the deep freeze i have in my PC. The thing is, I forgot my password. I guess my question is
1. can i uninstall the deep freeze?delete it?
2. How can I retrieve my password?
