Help partmgr.sys error

Hi everywone!!!
I'm completly desperated, my laptop its freak out...
Today when i start it, i get completly stupid when i look in to the screen, and it was completly blue, reporting an "fatal error".
The error says " ... this probles its probably caused by the partmgr.sys fyle..."
The tecnicals informations says "

My laptop its a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro v2000, and i can't reinstal, repair or even enter in my system (Microsoft XP SP1)
I'M LOST !!!
