The laptop is up-to-date; the 2003's only have service pack 1, but to the best of my knowledge SP2 is still in a testing phase; the NT machine had 5.0 so we upgraded it to 6.0. That didn't fix the problem. I don't know if the servers will take 6a or not, but I tried installing the patch that is downloadable with 6.0, which I assume makes it 6a and it wouldn't work.
