Default booting probs

hi

i just rebuilt an oldish pc of mine,but iam havin a few probs with it,it boots but after 30 secs turns off,has far as i no everything is connected in the right place,can any 1 give me a few reasons as to why it would do this then i can rule them out 1 by 1
