Ready for Linux

I installed, Partitioned, and Formatted my secondary (slave) drive lastnight. Now how do I get a FREE copy of Linux without downloading it. I am on dial-up and it would take weeks.

I have a partition F and this is where I want my Linux to call home. It is 4.44 GB's of space. Which Linux would be the easiest to install without all the headaches.

I have a 500MB Flashdrive and can download from work but I can't find a Linux smaller than 500MB's.
