Bison Cam NB Pro problems

Hi everyone!
I've had my laptop for a little over 2 years now...my problem is that I have a built in web cam that just isn't working. The software is BisonCam NB Pro...I've had it in the shop(bought it thru PC Laptops in Henderson, NV) 2 times. I used it 1 time thru yahoo messenger when I 1st got it. Not since. I've used it several times a little over a year ago via Skype. It worked okay. For some unknown reason to me...The other night I tried using it again with Skype and it's not working. Any help would be appreciated. No I am not a computer IT guy. Pretty much self taught.
