Hi,
I have a computer with winxp.,512mb ram. I am trying to navigate and the start button and the task bar will not display. I moved my mouse in between the task bar and bottom of the screen to create the double arrows to find my start button and task bar . I can't get these items to display. What can I do to have my start button and task bar to display?
