Editing a camera diskette

Is there a program out there that will let me edit out the “bad takes” from my camera diskett? In other words, I record my “video takes” on the camera diskette and then can watch them via Windows Media or whatever. I can make full copies of the original with Roxio 9 but I need to edit the bad takes out. (Such as five minutes of a close-up shot of a wall because I sat the camera down without turning it off, or five minutes of my feet walking around for the same reason, or “excessive jiggling takes” that could make one dizzy.) Any ideas?
