Default ntldr is missing

Dear sir/mam
I want to know that is there any tool to recover for this problem.i know how to do it from cd or copy ntldr and ntdetect from another working system and paste it into nonworking(ntldr is missing) system.but i want to know that. can this problem should be troubleshoot by using any tool.if yes then tell me the name of the tool and how to use it.plz
