Try replacing the on-board battery on your motherboard. That battery controls the BIOS (CMOS) configuation and when they go bad...issues as you describe are what developes.

You might try switching out the power supply unit as well. For a test it can be a lower wattage unit as all you need to do is see if the computer will get to boot...

One other issue might be that the graphics card may have become losen from a jolt or movement. Try removing and replacing the graphics card for a better connection.....(does not apply to built in graphics!)
