There are a few things that could cause the creaky noises....the most common would be a fouled bearing on one of the fans. This could be from excessive dust build up or just a faulty fan....even new ones can be bad.

Other clacking/clicking sounds are sometimes caused by the harddrive...

The chattering is a general sign that there may be impending troubles

I would open the side of the computer and try to locate the noise and what is responsible and thus replace/repair the problem.
