ZIP Reader
 

It shows in my Add/Remove box that I have the following:

1 ... ZIP Reader 8.00.0018 ... of 1.76 MB

2 ... Secure ZIP for Windows 11.20.0008 ... of 8.58 MB

3 ... 7-Zip 4,57 ... of 2.86 MB

Is it necessary to have all 3 of them ?

Is not 7 - Zip enough to manage a laptop like mine that does not get much zipped messages ?

You shouldn't need more than one. Zip Reader and Secure Zip are from PKWARE.

Keep 7-Zip it's the best out the one's you listed, I have used 7-Zip for years for it's superior compression algorithm...
