Make and model of your computer would not hurt for starters.

Have you read the manual on how to reset to factory settings? I suggest you do that, as that is why the computer companies supply them...

If you do not know what make of computer you have I cannot help you, and I am not playing guessing games. It's not rocket science ffs.

How come you lose a computer manual? I have computer manuals that date back to the 1980's, and I have moved house three times since then as well...

If you have something like a Compaq or Dell mfg within the last 4 years they should have a hidden partition on the drive to restore from. You should see an option early in the boot process prompting you to hit a key (ex. Ctrl+F11 or F10) to restore the computer.
The make and model should be listed on the front or back (like Inspiron 520x), unless it's a custom built PC, not from a major manufacturer.
