What's your homepage?

Where do you start? I guesss with me, old habits die hard. I start at Yahoo. I am a news junkie and I am used to immediately checking out their headlines. After I get into things I will use Google to search for the most part since I have the toolbar.

mine has always been a search engine, currently it's google, because i love the firefox google page, but for years it was dogpile.com. I find myself always looking up something and it's just easier to have my homepage load to it automatically :D

I currently use Maxthon Browser which has tabbed browsing so when I open up my browser I have about 50 pages load up, fortunately I have a PC that can handle that load. It's a nice feature that really saves time from having to open several browser windows and you have however many of your favorite sites right there at your fingertips. The site I frequent the most is probably Goodle news http://news.google.com/

I have to agree with William_Wilson about the search engine for my homepage, and yes I do have the Firefox Google homepage as well....it just looks so cool and is very helpful for Firefox users. I did have Google.co.uk as my homepage until about a year ago though, and Yahoo before that....ahh those were the days ;)

I have got www.ninemsn.com as my homepage.

Mine is Google Personalized Homepage, used to be just plain google classic page but changed it to personalized home about six months ago. I have search, customized news, weather, gmail etc.. all in one place.

I use a random article from Wikipedia. Of course, this lowers my productivity to 40% since every time I read one article, I start clicking on every link and end up having 20 tabs open :p

trappercase 03-20-2006 12:28 AM

lol. I know what you mean with Wiki. I've been sucked into that random article feature before. I can also get hung up on hitting the "nexT blog" button and reading random blogs.

I prefer www.google.com overall it is the best page for internet surfers it doesn't take time to load and can get you anywhere through it , if you have mozilla you can open multiple windows and let them be there even if you close the browser but havein so many pages loading each time you open a browser if not a good idea
