How many hard disk's and DVD/CD-rom drives do you have?

Did you add/remove any hard disks?

Enter your BIOS setup and scan for hard disk drives.

I have 1 hard disk & dvd/cd-rom drive.I haven't changed any hardware.
When I try to boot up it won't allow me to enter BIOS setup.

You can access your BIOS setup immediately when you start your computer, usually you need to push function key, such as F1, F2, F10 or ESC or DEL key to get access to it.

If you can let us know the make and model of your PC, we can precisely tell which key to press to enter BIOS setup.
