PS3 Network Connection
 

I constantly get connection interruptions during my online game-play using my PS3... My router is Linksys WRT54G2. Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hi lukematts,

i suggest that you try setting your wireless router to operatre on "G" mode only.
this should maximize the connection mode that is also wireless G for the playstation 3.

also, it may be a good idea to check if there is any ongoing activity that uses up a lot of bandwidth.

Thanks for the quick reply, I've already tried setting up my router to G mode only but I still get disconnected. I've also stop any online activity that will increase bandwidth usage. I just want to make sure that the problem is in my router before I decide top replace it with N series routers. :icon_smile:
