Problem viewing pictures

I am trying to pull up pictures from Snapfish and the problem which keeps occurring reads CmultiNVPairCookie...JavaUtil.js files. What does this mean? I used to be able to pull up pictures just fine! It will not let me view any pictures. If you cannot tell already, I am not computer savvy at all so please bare with me!

Are you trying to view files on your account online in snapfish?

Try clearing your cache/temp files in your browser, close the browser, re-open and try again.

If clearing your cache and temp files dosent' work, try updating to the latest Java release.
