Please help me
 

Sir, my computer is affected with spyware. Pop ups are appearing and forcing me to download some programs. I checked Norton, Adware, Xoftspy and Yahoo antispy. No use. I tried these in soft mode also. Can you please suggest me a solution. I'm using Windows XP. I removed all the suspectful programs under the ADD/REMOVE icon. Still the popups are coming. Thanks.
