Not Able To Install Vga Driver

i'm not able to install display driver.when i'm trying to install display driver it shows one error message like "windows could not load the installer for display.contact your hardware vendor for assistance". even I couldn't install from safe mode.i'm not able to do any action such as uninstall or reinstall.when i'm trying to do uninstall or reinstall and taking the properties of VGA driver from device manager it shows same error message.please help me to solve this problem
