Network Driver not working.
 

Hey, I recently installed a copy of windows XP proffesional on my freinds Dell Inspiron E1505. He did not have the CDs that came with it since he bought the laptop used and there were non available.

Everything work fine on the laptop but the internet or network will not work at all. On the network connections screen it shows 1394 connection being active but when you plug in a network cable nothing happens. What can i do to fix this?

You need to install the network card drivers for the network card installed in the laptop.
