.NET development Tools--missing exe files
 

Hi!

My computer crashed and burned after I loaded Vista on it, so I formatted the hard drive. The after I got XP loaded back, I got a virus or trojan and took it to my computer guy. He reinstalled Windows XP. I am in the process of reinstalling my software and all of my .NET programs are loading everything but the exe file! I've got all the .dll and temp files. None of my newly installed programs are showing up in My Programs at the STart menu. Anybody have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I"ve re-booted, my anti-virus was disabled during the re-install too. It acts like it is successful but when I go to open it, its not there. Should I re-format and start over? Or unstall and re-install Windows and the .NET tools?
