Right mouse click on the clock in the lower right corner.

Click on Adjust Date & Time, then change it to what you want it to show.

If you think this will prolong trial software it does not, as you will eventually run out of dates...

I thought that the OP was asking to restore to an earlier date.

Start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore and select the bold dates as close to the one you wish to use.
