Hello DominicD. can't believe this stuff didn't work.. thou the other 2 wares following were requesting for serial keys.. and I didn't have them... So Iould not try the job with these other 2. there are 3 wares together in the attachment, I extracted and installed 1 but the other requested for serials. so couldn't try them. but the first didn't work. did u get more info on them..?? thanks a lot..

hi kaycee, still no reply from their email support. the website is still under construction. will try to look for more possible recovery software.

however, a common suggestion that i have been reading is that if the data on the drive is very important, consider sending it back to the manufacturer for data recovery.

chances are, some controller chip on the hard drive may have already malfunctioned thus preventing a complete read and detection of the drive. theoretically, the usb flash drive manufacturer would have the compatible chips to try a replacement and data recovery.

yes.. DominicD.. I meant the one u posted lastly ie.. the one from KingMax.. you might want to install in and try.. there 3 of them in one.. one installed completely but the rest 2 were requestiing for serial keys..
