MP3 Player Base 4 GB
 

Base MP3 Player, HK260, 4 GB, lately has begun to play an item for ten seconds and then skip to the next one.
The user manual does not indicate this trouble in its ''Trouble Shooting'' section.
Inadvertently could I have tweaked something in the ''Repeat'' mode or something similar?
Please help me.

I would say you have turned on intro when you have customised your music settings. This tells the player to play the first 10 seconds of each music track. I hope this solves your problem. Cheers!!
