HI Guys

Can Someone help me,

How do I recover data off a laptop computer that has crashed and no longer wants to work

or how do I format the HDD so I can load a fresh Windows OS on it ?

*Remember : this is the first time that I have used a laptop because I have been working on all the Desktop Computers "

we'll need a bit more information. Does the computer start at all, eg: are you sure it's the hard drive. We need to know that the drive works before we can help you to do something with it.

I will check the Laptop today as it is comming from Johannesburg so I will then come back to you about the issue

I will mainly be using it as a backup when the power goes down.

so I will chat as soon as the machine arrives at my place
