Laptop Battery Help

Hi. My Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop, OS Vista, is not charging the battery. It was fine until about a month ago. If I unplug my computer, it shuts down immediately.

Do I need a new battery? Or a new adapter? Thanks for all your help!!!

i encountered that problem, the batery of ur laptop is easily drain u need to by new battery.
