first to explane my problem:
i do have a connection from a local ISP that generates a 128kbps download and a 64kbps upload
this connection didn't satisfied my need so i installed a downlink dish and broath a 1 MB download
and established a VPN connection between the local connection (local isp)and the satellite down link

my problem is :

if i download any program i can benefet from the 1 MB ===>100 kbit/s

but when it comes to browsing this becomes very slow it takes alot of time to boffer the pages

i need a solution
can any person helps meee

Have you tried "bridging the connections ?

in network connections ...highlight the two connections and right click...this will bring up a sub menu prompting about bridging the two connections into one...follow the prompts to do so!
