are IBM laptops still any good? i have noticed that ibm stopped working with laptops and started working on some help desk for businesses.

i read some reviews that its legendary quality still stands, my IBM laptop replacment will anyways be an IBM :)

i hear that their laptop can withstand smashes..i wonder..
