i have been unable to use outlook
 

I use msn hotmail. for over a year, i have been unable to use outlook ex or outlook. i receive mail but cannot send. i have changed my SMTP to any and every possible change and no good or bad result.
anyone wish to tackle this problem? thank you

please let us know what the exact errormessage either Outlook or OE gives you when you try to send a message! Have you checked that your firewall allows you to use the port you have assigned for SMTP?
