I donot have a Windows XP disk

I just got a used Dell Latitude-Pentium 4. The owner before me stripped it of it's opearting system and I reallllllly want to use my Laptop! I donot have a Windows XP disk but I need an opearting system, what should I do?

Install Ubuntu (linux) its free fast and safe.
