hi.. everytime i install some documents on my pc.. and everytime i shutdown their all gone what i supposed to to do.. and a deepfreeze has a password and i dont what the password is..help me please:icon_sad:

whats happening on the computer is the very nature of DeepFreeze. It allows you to do stuff on the computer, make documents, change settings, install programs, and then it reverts back to the original "deepfreeze" settings.

easiest thing to do is speak to the admin of the computer, get the info on what drive or folder on the computer is NOT configured by deepfreeze, and save your files there from now on.
