Help please
 

Just bought and emachine computer with windows vista. I downloaded a program and my firewall was blocking it so I added it to the allow list. Now its saying I don't have internet connection and I do so what do I do???

Could you be a little more specific - is it the application that doesn't recognise your Internet connection? Also, what firewall are you running?

It sounds like it hasn't been granted access to the Internet despite being added to the allow list, but without further information I can't really diagnose the problem.

Any more information will be much appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time in reading my question. I just played around with it a bit longer and found that is was two firewalls running at the same time (which can be very dangerous) so when I disabled one of the firewalls It let the program through. Thanks again.

huhu...how come you can run two firewall at the same time? It just a simple mistake but will ruin our life..hehe
