I love Google earth. I like to fool around with it. I do know that if you want a more expansive program from Google Earth. That you have to pay out.
I did have a friend who used it and showed his wife what their piece of land looks like that they have in another state. The imaging was clear and pricise. All the utility roads and river were clear as day. You could even see the livestock.

it is a cool feature but not for all parts of world , but anyways metros and well known places are quite clear

you are pretty right. people can use it for various anti socail activities. lets take for example india. india has conveyed its concerns to google peope because the pakistani jehadis can use google earth to know about the defence installations which can make them quite vulnerable to the attacks by these jehadis
