Easy management of Open Windows on Desktop
 

If you are the type of person who loves to multi-task, by having several open files and applications on your computer all at the same time, then you probably know about the Alt+Tab controls for switching from one application to another.

This is probably easy to do when you have about five windows open. But what if you have to open several more files and you cannot see the name nor view the document without having to open it first, slowing down your work?

To help you maximize your multi tasking skills, you can group your files selectively in your taskbar. You can try using Tweak UI to set the parameters on when this setting will start. After installation, click on the plus sign beside the Taskbar and Start Menu. Select Grouping, then the behavior or threshold of work, then Ok.

You can also try to edit taskbar preferences in the Windows Office applications to allow you to switch from one document to another without opening the application again and again. You can also download a program like Elias Fotinis's TaskArrange that lets you arrange the taskbar buttons in whatever order you like.
