dual towers

hello ill keep it breif and get to my question. I have two computers both running windows XP as my user name would suggest i do a bit of pc gaming..... unlike many pc gamers however i am unwilling to eat ramen for next 2 years to pay for some juiced alien ware pc.... so im making due with what i have... one of the two pcs is somewhat faster but still not running at the speed id like to see consistantly lagging and so forth. i have herd other talk of running so called dual towers.... which to my understanding is basically the ram/memory/processing power of both pcs being acessed and controled by one OS id love to do this if is possible. is their some sort of software that would allow me to do this?

I have not ever heard of being able to do this. I know you can run two operating systems on one computer but no to my knowledge each tower has to have its own operating system. Now you could combine parts from each to create one computer, if they are compatible in processor speed, bus speed, ect.
