disable a memory slot¡¡¡¡¡
 

hey guys, i having problems with my laptop its a dell inspiron with 2 gs ram and my os is vista 32 bits, i m always getting a blue screen and after i ran a diagnosis it failed the memory test in slot A, is there any way to disable that single slot while i get a new memory set??

I dont work much with laptops but i am sure you just pull the ram stick out. You will still have enough to run vista but you will see a big slow down in speed.
