Computer Restarting Need Help

When i connected to internet and when i tried to download a software it's restarting without any notice what will be the problem i am using internet explorer.Is firefox better than IE please give me a solution.

Hello Sudheer, is it Internet Explorer that keeps restarting and does it happen everytime you try to download something no matter what site you use?

Have you tried FireFox?
