Cant get rid of Antivirus webpage block
 

I have ran several antivirus softwares and it has found and deleted the koobface virus, but I still can not run simple update from the antivirus softwares or go directly to any antivirus related webpage.
Suggestions?

I have run Spyware Doctor ( had to run it in safe mode to get latest updates)
Avira ( had to run it in safe mode to get latest updates)
Avast!- (couldnt update even in safe mode but ran the scan anyway)
