I visit some website first time, and it says that your IP is blocked. How to change it?

How to change ip you mean? Use another PC lol
Or try throug goproxing.com, it hides ip

Some of web site which is not connect with us becoz of that regulation ...
but if you want to change your IP then you must change your PC..

If you are not getting it, try to change your proxy.

IP Blocked means, may be because of region also some websites blocks the IP. And We can not change the IP. But we can change the proxy.
