My Acer Crystal Eye Webcam won't work. I got it in decemeber and it stopped working a week after. All of a sudden it began to work again early this week then stopped again. I tried downloading different things and restarting the computer. Nothing works. What should i do? Thanks.

Hello. You either have a bad connection on the board which maybe causing arcing, which means you need to have it repaired or the actual battery is damaged due to overuse or overcharging.
If it isn't a bad connection then perhaps you have a faulty adapter causing overload of the battery and in turn damaging the battery.
If you have replaced both the battery and adapter and you are still getting the strange sounds, then I would suggest taking it to an electrician or electronics repair centre to check and repair any bad connections to you computers' main board.

Can you tell me wether you've checked for the latest drivers, uninstalled any other camera drivers and what operating system you are using?
