Note that for the Trend Micro Sysclean Package to be effective, you must download and place the latest pattern file in the same folder as the Trend Micro Sysclean Package.
You will also
need to download and drop into the same folder as the sysclean.com file is in,
the latest pattern files.

Set up sysclean in c:\sysclean ... open folder and use the sysclean.com file to begin the process... It will take quite some time, depending on the size of your drive and the number of files on it...maybe an hour...so watch som TV in the interim.
