no sound

Hello,
I had an accident with my laptop. I had my headphones in the headphone jack in the laptop. My laptop tipped over and pushed the jack into the laptop. Now my headphone will not fit in the jack, and I also have no sound at all coming out of my computer.
Can anyone give me any suggestions what to do.
