Default Low level formatting software

I am looking for a program that I may use to wipe boot sector viruses from Harddrives. ide eide scsi and sata drives.

I have several drives that have this problem. This virus seems to be able to attack and flash the bios on the computer also. I have not been able to name (identify) this virus. I have wiped these drives with Iolo Drive Scrubber. I will then reload windows 98SE or Windows XP and on the third reboot I get the BSOD.
