That's a good deal from dell, for a pretty basic laptop.

But personally I would prefer to have,

a) Pentium instead of Celeron Processor
b) Have built in wireless capability
c) CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW) Combo
d) Atleast 512MB memory.
