Accept DLL trouble


Hello,
I use XP Home Edition.When I installed IE7 I started to get the following message during startup "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic links library PSAPI.DLL"
Something seems to have come adrift,but I don't know what,or how to fix it.
Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks
