Default How to find files

I just want to know how to find all the files in this OS in case I need to find something in the future. I have needed to have this knowledge in the past, and XP is set up substantially different than 2K. So I want to know my way around the new neighborhood. I've already had to find all my drivers for audio. So thanks for the info.
