I want to restore my laptop to the factory settings. My laptop keeps freezing on me. when i try to use adware, it freezes. I tried using the windows live care scan and my computer froze. When it goes on screen saver, it freezes
Can someone help me? i tried system restore but it doesn't work. I have teh cds.
