PC problam for matherboards

my computer is p4 its configuration is intel 845gv chipste/2.4 cpu and 80 gb hdd my computer is automatics restart just a re statr some time i m chaking a cup fan but there is no problem i m also used a hitsink past and change a smps but probleam is not solve i m also format the system please give me its
solution.
